Production Planning
Whether your planning to create a Corporate Video to enable your clientele to learn more about your organization or a Music Video to showcase your talents, a Solid Production Plan will save you Time, Money and make the Process more enjoyable. At Rule #6 Productions we have developed a process that demystifies the production experience to enable everyone involved regardless of experience level to feel confident that their vision will be brought to life on video.
Development
Development is an exciting part of the process. We work together to develop a list of Shots, Locations, On-Air Talent, Post Production Requirements and Distribution Strategy that align with your vision that will maximize your budget and honor your time frame. Pre-Production
Now it's time to take action. In the development stage we have defined Production Requirements, Time Frame and Budget. In this phase we Define the actual Schedule for Production, Assemble Crew, Scout Locations and Choose On-Air Talent. Production
This is the fun part! On the day of the Production our role is to create a safe, creative and fun space for On-Air Talent and Crew to capture your vision. On a typical set the Director will communicate the Intention and Vision for the production to the Crew and Talent. He/She is the holder of that vision throughout the production to ensure everyone involved stays focused on your original intention defined in Pre-Production. We manage everything from the Facilities Personnel, Talent, Hair/Make Up, Wardrobe and Catering. Our job is to Set up and Execute the Shots with care and respect to the space we are working in. It goes without saying that the locations will be left in the same condition as when we arrived. Post-Production
As the after glow of the Production phase wears off most clients wonder what's next. Editing involves the Client, Producer/Director and of course the Editor. After the shoot the Editor loads the footage (fancy word for tape) into the Editing Suite where the Rough Cut is created. Our Rough Cuts include Non-Linear Digital Editing, Color Correction, Sound Mixing, Title Creation, basic After Effects titles/graphics, Music and Video Compression. Now it's time for you to Review the Footage in the comfort of your own business, home and/or favorite Cafe via Web Tools. The next step is to implement your comments and then Render and Compress your Final Video.
Distribution
Are we there yet? Most of our clients invest in a video as a marketing tool. A good way to maximize your investment is to create a web-based distribution plan that gives you the opportunity to share your video with the world. We can help you Prepare and Upload your Video to your Corporate Website, Video Sharing sites such as Youtube and Social Media Sites such as Facebook.
